Questions about the TikTok profile banner, a correction to something on this site, or a tutorial claim you would like us to check? We read everything sent through the contact form on this page.

We are an independent guide and are not affiliated with TikTok or ByteDance, so we cannot help with account recovery, bans, or support tickets — for those, please use TikTok's official in-app support. But if it is about the banner feature, rollout status, or something you saw claimed on social media, we want to hear about it.

Before writing in, you may find your answer in the FAQ — it covers the questions we get most often.
